The eldest Kardashian sister looked pretty adorable when she stepped out in a pleated white blouse and a high-waisted black skirt. But she might have gone a little overboard with the accessories.
It wasn't the Christian Louboutin Sweet Charity leopard print bag, nor the opaque black tights that threw the look into overkill—it was the matching ankle cuffs and choker necklace. It looks like Kourtney threw on a pair of military-inspired ankle bracelets over her Yves Saint Laurent platform shoes (office shoes)—and threw a larger one around her neck. She topped it all off with a gold necklace that read, "I'm an icon."
